You seriously want to live where your cars generously leave you space? ? ?
In my opinion, a parking space could also be located in the building setback on the other side, and it's rather rare that both cars are such premium rides that they have to be wrapped in cotton at night.
Where do these strange measurements come from (walls 2 cm thicker than usual, room widths are fantasy dimensions)?

I would extend the wall between the bedroom and the walk-in closet and equip it with a door. This way, a teenager can later use the tub without having to walk through your bedroom. Additionally, this disturbs the partner who is still sleeping even less when rummaging through the closet (with light!).

Yesterday we were at a contractor again and he also said that the water routing and the bathroom position can be done quietly and without problems. I have my doubts and we will try to position the bathroom differently.

We would make the floor-to-ceiling window mirrored on the outside or frosted. But a non-floor-to-ceiling window could also be installed there.

Yes, and we drive two "premium rides" and I would never leave my car standing in a carport, especially in winter or rain. So we often consider the option of a garage and a carport, but for us, it only comes into question as a last resort. The walls have these dimensions because Archicad includes the plaster. So these are completely normal 36.5 cm walls.

That’s a good idea. I will extend the wall and install a door. Because we actually get up at different times.

Thanks for your opinions, more of those are welcome...

Hm.., I would make the roof flatter and then open the rooms upstairs into the roof.

You mean an exposed roof truss?
We already have that.

So the height on the upper floor is higher than the room is wide? That is then too high for the DN. In my opinion, the room is then stretched too much upwards, which makes it feel smaller at the bottom again. It then creates more of a hall/warehouse atmosphere. My opinion. I've experienced that before. Just a hint.
