What I would reconsider in your place is the position of the patio doors. As you can see in your own furnishing, it is difficult to get past the furniture there to step outside. A position in the middle of the room (arrow) would be better:
I would downgrade the rest to windows. In my opinion, no one ever uses doors behind the sofa. Behind the table is also awkward, but that could still be considered. Possibly then corner windows or smaller ones or, or, or... In any case, so that it fits the furnishing without any problems.
