I completely agree with you. I don’t like that at all!

Not until now, because until recently I was only concerned with the compatibility of the shower and the window.

I am now also uploading the ground floor and preparing myself for the technical knockout.

And by the way, I have nothing to do with the furnishing. The whole thing is not meant to be furnished like that. :D Just accept it and don’t question why the furniture stands the way it does.

It is passionless, but that doesn't matter. It can be optimized, but please in the floor plan discussion forum. With the questionnaire filled out. That a general contractor detached house has little finesse does not mean it cannot be optimized. The general contractor will passionlessly install everything you want. And please with orientation and site plan/carport..

I’m afraid that might actually happen... ;) What immediately stands out is the fact that the window dilemma continues on the ground floor or actually starts there and then manifests itself on the upper floor. And why is the direct access to the kitchen sealed with drywall? Is it part of the daily fitness routine to carry groceries especially far (and then also whatever might still be stored on a small shelf in the utility room, transporting it as far as possible when you need it in the kitchen)? I think, seeing this, you can look forward to a lot of feedback from our side... Oh yes, where on the plan is actually north? That could also be helpful for window and lighting planning...

:-) This forum here is really great, enormously helpful, and very, very, very supportive. ... But one thing doesn’t happen here: building without passion. ;-) I too have had to painfully learn that. ;-) But in my view, that is exactly part of what makes the quality of the forum. ;-)

I have been a reader for many months and perceive the helpfulness in the same way. The fact is that I didn't dare to post things here for a long time because most build in other dimensions and semi-detached house floor plans from general contractors have been torn apart.

The current situation is catastrophic and it is almost impossible to get plots in my region, which does not make things easier and is then tied to a general contractor. In my contract, I simply cannot move load-bearing walls as I please, load-bearing walls cannot be moved.

The living room front faces west. The side of the house with the window dilemma faces north.

If necessary, I will contact someone privately to possibly avoid the worst. :D :(
