Ongoing additional costs - Realistic?

Our costs, REH, 1921, exterior shell renovated in 1993, 100m2 living space plus basement, garage, shed, carport, all annually for very economical 4 people:

- Property tax 351€
- Electricity: 756
- Gas: 540
- Water: 588
- Residential building insurance: 171 (without natural disaster coverage, 1000€ deductible)
- Street cleaning 368
- Household insurance 111
- Garbage collection 351
- Chimney sweep every 2 years 96€
- Maintenance of gas heating every 2 years (device from 2010): approx. 150-200€

Many things can be influenced yourself. Garbage, water, electricity, gas. With insurances, you can also save by only taking what you need, possibly with a deductible, compare everything annually!

Many things you can influence yourself. Waste, water, electricity, gas. You can also save on insurance by only taking what you need, possibly with a deductible, compare everything annually!

We are building our house in May and are currently planning with the following costs (2 people, 160m² + basement and garage)
Heating: air-water heat pump
Feel free to also provide input here, especially in the areas of electricity, heating, and hot water, as we currently have no experience with this

Cost information per month

- Electricity + heating + hot water through air-water heat pump at €140
- Water: €480
- Household contents insurance: €20
- Residential building insurance: €35 (with natural hazard coverage)
- Waste fee: €20
- We do not need a chimney sweep
- Property tax: €35
- Internet: €35
- Internet TV: €10

Whoops, those must be the annual costs :D

We come to about €180 - 200 per month, like Lumpi, however including heating costs (with photovoltaics, solar thermal energy and if there is no sun, then heating with electricity)
We have not had an annual inspection for the heating yet, because our heating system is not running perfectly and the programmer as well as the general contractor actually come by monthly and this is covered by the warranty. On the other hand, we had a relatively high water consumption this year because the garden was still being laid out and for concreting you really need a lot of water...
I am still expecting a refund on electricity. How much it will be, I can hardly estimate yet - and then our monthly advance payment will probably be reduced a bit. We have not received property tax yet, it is still outstanding, but I do not expect it to be a four-digit amount.

We are satisfied with it, our house has about 150 sqm and for the apartment we lived in before we had about the same additional costs - although with just under 80 sqm.

May I ask how many kWh of electricity you consume? We are three people and consume 3200 kWh per year and now have to pay €120 monthly as an advance payment. I find that quite high.

And for TV/phone (WITHOUT Netflix and such fun stuff) we pay €60 ....
