Well, there isn’t much to say about it. It is too individual. Some, including myself, have given you their values so that you have a reference point. Insurance is precisely the area where you have the most control yourself and is certainly very important, as you insure something for which you usually took out the largest loan of your life. Consumption costs can only really be estimated after living in the house for 2-3 years, not before. For example, the previous owner of our house heated much more than we do, even though he lived alone. Craftsmen costs are also very regional. And only one thing is certain: it won’t get any cheaper.
