Ongoing additional costs - Realistic?

We pay insurance annually. Building and household contents have risen significantly. We are roughly at around €360 for both. We have increased household contents, also due to new bicycles and glass roof. The annual maintenance for heating is still missing. That can vary. Possibly new filters, e.g., for [Dunstabzug] or [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung].

The regional providers (Hamburg) cost about that much in this area. Cable connection... How it will be for the house, of course, remains to be seen.

a 100 Mbps connection including phone + TV on up to 4 devices for 40€ + Netflix (no idea what that costs), so there is potential to save. Although this setup could be even cheaper... just as a hint.
