What kind of contract is that? Is it an old contract?

Wow, that's what we use as a couple. However, we also often leave lights on when we're not home. Deliberately.

Internet for 60 euros goes very quickly if you want higher data rates. Additionally, there are fees for TV reception, and depending on the provider, there are even monthly rental fees for routers and(!) TV reception devices. Plus GEZ, Prime, and Netflix, it quickly approaches 100 euros. Then two allnet flats with iPhones for both... oh, better stop ;)

So, you can already blow a lot of money on media consumption. No wonder. The same goes for electricity: freezers, servers, outdoor lighting, stairwell lighting, standby devices, etc.

But honestly, those are not additional household costs, but simply consumption

We pay only €29.99 per month for phone and internet. I pay only €8.99 for my mobile contract and my husband has his paid. Netflix €15.99 divided by two, we share the account with relatives. TV is via SAT.
