Some ask about a topic, others answer about a topic. The classic in forums :)

To clarify again: I am truly no expert in this field and have to rely on the electrician here.
Here are the detailed subitems for the intrusion detection system, which is supposed to cost 2.5k instead of 3.5k.
Here I made a mistake.

As written in the course of the discussion, the conversations took place 1 year ago, but I seem to remember that the intrusion detection system with the presence detectors and the outdoor cameras (which are a separate subitem in the offer!) are supposed to work together.

Intrusion detection system
1 x INDEXA SYS 9000 wireless control panel. LAN interface 9000ZF
1 x INDEXA backup battery 12V/2.3Ah HP
1 x INDEXA SYS 9000 BUS-wired control panel 9000TD
4 x INDEXA SYS 9000 RFID chip key fob 9000TAG
1 x INDEXA SYS 9000 wireless wall button panic/switch button 9001N
8 x INDEXA wireless motion detectors small animal immune 9000PT
1 x INDEXA SYS 9000 wireless outdoor siren base module 9000AS-B
1 x INDEXA SYS 9000 outdoor siren cover white 9000AS-AW
2 x Indexa 9000AS-BAT2 SYSTEM9000 lithium battery for 9000AS-B lithium battery, 3.6V / 14.5Ah, for wireless transmission intrusion detection system
2 x INDEXA SYS 9000 BUS indoor siren 90dB 9000ISD

So, of all the threads I have read in this forum here, the last posts showed the least deviation from the main topic. Especially since I cannot see any deviation here at all. The user is posting a cost overview including an alarm system. It is perfectly reasonable to ask once what exactly was installed there, and gladly enriched with some additional information.

One thing is to ask, as you did, another is to start your sentences with "Oh my God...." and to throw around derogatory terms (08/15 etc.) and insinuations (being badly advised) while calling yourself a professional, as if the electrician, who might be a family member, is not a professional and only wants to rip me off to suggest that there is only this one professional and no one else. If you met like this outside once in a while, that would be fine, but on the internet you can let out everything you are not allowed to at home...
Anyway, provoking such reactions from supposedly grown-up people on the first day of registration is astonishing, although my intention was to give the creator brief feedback.

Very good choice! Indexa has an excellent price-performance ratio. Alongside the ABB GM/A 8.1 also my favorite. KNX interfaces are available from Indexa themselves or from Elausys.

My statement referred to the accusation from that we write too much about alarm systems. But yes, I agree with you. The statements you mentioned were absolutely unnecessary.
