I know, I didn’t take that personally :) People just fixated on the alarm system from my initial post and only commented on that.

If anyone is interested, I can roughly post the prices for the sub-items:
Metering system
Actuators
Sensors
etc.

That would be very exciting to see how close you get to the 10k!

Here is the rough calculation, of which I am aware that there are savings potentials at one or another position, but that was not the primary consideration when expanding KNX.
The sub-items also include, for example, ceiling breakthroughs/ceiling boxes/programming etc.

Meter system 5,200 (Hager products)
TKNX actuators 4,200 (Jung)
KNX sensors 10,300 (Jung)
Installation devices 6,500 (including Dali dim)
Cables and lines 8,000
Potential equalization 300
Network technology 1,000
Door communication 2,600 (Gira)
Camera surveillance 2,500 (AXIS)
Intrusion alarm system 2,500 (INDEXA)
less 10K for deducting the trade from the construction service description
plus VAT = approx. 39,000

Sorry, my mistake. I did not correctly understand your intentions. For most users here in the forum and also in this thread, it is about investing as little money as possible in KNX while achieving the best possible result.

In your case, it is apparently completely different. Again, sorry, I unfortunately did not perceive that there is no usual budget constraint here and that the 10K in the sense of the thread title has a certain undertone and forms a kind of limit, since four times that amount was actually planned.

That is of course a completely different matter.

All good!! I'm not resentful :) I just want to contribute to helping one or the other.

Thanks for the information.
I just realized that I was completely mistaken in my first reaction.
It wasn't a 17k surcharge but 39k +/- the 10k for "standard"?.
That is of course very far from the idea in this thread.

However, if you only take the "KNX points" from the quote, it's only 14-20.
But without cables, so hard to separate.

What is included in the sensor section?
If I understood correctly, there were about 5 presence detectors?
