The parts will somehow fit in, but the necessary working space for, e.g., piping will probably no longer be available. For electrical work, there may also be DSL/network and antenna cabling. The room is slightly larger than half a double bed. The door should definitely open outwards. If so, one should counteract as quickly as possible.

Wow.....I wonder if the door will still open once the storage tank is installed in real life? One should not underestimate the space required for a reasonably proper piping of the heating system! You also need space to insulate the pipes.....

Awesome! I still don't see a water meter. Are the piping plans already available?
Wasn't there something about a 2m minimum distance from the fuse box?
What does the planner say about that?

...and according to the plan, the door still opens inward in a 2.3sqm utility room. Awesome! Now it's all too late anyway. The only thing you can still do, as someone already wrote, is to have the door open outward.

Above all, why are you only coming up with your question now when it's all too late?
The washing machine and dryer should be in the kitchen or in the garage :-p?

The minimum distance to the meter cabinet is 1.20m..... the planner has obviously fully exploited this. It really makes my hair stand on end.....
