The [GU] will already know what’s possible. Quite a few cables will run above the ceiling or under the screed and thus not on the wall.
It will definitely be a tight situation and if maintenance or replacement is needed later, it will be fun.

Because I don't know anything about this. I only recently learned that there are minimum dimensions for utility rooms. There is a separate room in the upper floor for the washing machine and dryer.

So if the contractor squeezes everything in there, it can be all the same to you in the end. If there is "only" the minimum in there, you only go into the room once a year to read the meter.

If it's not about me, I see it the same way. But is acceptance by the network operator endangered because of the room?

What requirements the respective network operator has are usually stipulated in the TAB (Technical Connection Conditions) or in the network connection contract. 1.2 meters each from the house connection box and the meter cabinet is familiar to me.
