Minimum size for a house connection room

What does TE mean?

What are we even talking about here? The slab including drainage pipes and openings to the outside is already finished, the ground floor has been built and the ground floor ceilings have been poured!

Why do you want the overall plan? Should the guest WC be on the other side of the slab including core drilling and laying of the drainage pipes?

The thing is done! Everything is planned with the general contractor. Should the original poster now spend 10k€ or more just so the WC takes away living space?

Realistically, it stays like this. Until someone says it's okay, if not, then the general contractor has to come up with something, if necessary at the expense of the original poster, because he approved the plan.

I haven't approved anything because I have no idea about such things. But how did the general contractor get the building permit if everyone says the room is way too small?

Our utility room is about 175x175. I haven’t actually measured it. But it should be about right.
Inside there is the house connection, boiler, 120 L water tank, large fuse box as well as the washing machine and dryer stacked on top of each other. The door opens outwards.
It is already quite small and especially because of the washing machine we would like to have more space.
