Apart from the fact that most TABs fundamentally prohibit washing machines and dryers in the work area of the meter cabinet, do you actually want to dismantle the washing machine and dryer every time a fuse blows or meter readings are taken? I would have rather given up the window...

The fuse box will be more central and higher up... Hopefully!

What exactly are we talking about here? The base slab including drainage pipes and openings to the outside is already finished, the ground floor has been built and the ground floor ceilings have been poured!

Why do you want the overall plan? Should the guest WC be moved to the other side of the base slab including core drilling and laying of drainage pipes?

The thing is already done! Everything is planned with the general contractor. Should the TE now invest 10k€ or more so that the WC takes up living space?

Realistically, it stays like this. Until someone says it’s okay, if not, then the general contractor has to come up with something, if necessary at the expense of the TE, because he approved the plan.

As long as it’s still shell construction, in my opinion the best way is -> construction stop

So if the general contractor squeezes everything in there, in the end you won’t care. If there is "only" the minimum in there, you only enter the room once a year to read the meter.

Such a shell construction isn’t completely inflexible. Non-load-bearing interior walls can still be torn down. For example, the one to the guest WC. Then the room would already be twice as big. The WC could maybe be accommodated elsewhere, although the WC is naturally a bad example because of the drain pipes. But breakthroughs through the outer wall are still conceivable to lead pipes into the house at another point. That’s why it would be good to see the entire plan and the associated piping, cables, etc.
