First try to answer the question asked. Which acceptance is worrying you? Well, if gas is included in your multi-utility meter, I assume there is also a gas heating system (= boiler) somewhere. Heat demand and supply are usually decoupled by a buffer tank, which is typically a ~300l storage vessel with insulation and the corresponding external dimensions. In my opinion. I don’t know what your floor plan looks like otherwise. Maybe there’s still a utility room somewhere where all the building technology is housed, and the house connection room actually serves only as the handover point.

The child has already fallen into the well anyway, right? If the ground floor is already built... I have 7m² and the main electrical distribution will not go into this room. The [Therme] of the gas heating will, it hangs on the wall, and the tank will stand underneath. One wall, 2.60m long, is more or less "full" with the drillings for the utilities, and the tank still has space.

Crazy. 2.2m² for the house connection. I can't believe it. Can you show it to us? Maybe we can repurpose another room.

I don’t know how something like this works. The acceptance by the network operator. If they say no, room too small. We can’t just tear down and rebuild. What difficulties should we expect? No additional room as utility room is planned. The DHW tank is specified in the scope of work with 175 liters. 150m^2

As long as it is still a shell construction, in my opinion that is the best way -> construction stop That you can't find space for your technology anywhere? Isn't that enough? What about the washing machine & co?
