Major mistakes in the floor plan? Kitchen too small?

Cabinet depth of the row plus extension depth of the cabinets / opening a dishwasher, for example, makes 65/70 cm plus 60 cm extension depth. Or am I mistaken somewhere?

Best regards

I always wonder why you need a kitchen island, it takes up a lot of space, but it's trendy and expensive... Sense or nonsense???

We can't argue about the sense or nonsense of a kitchen island. I find it nonsense.

For us, it's about a "serving island" / sideboard / pass / preparation island....makes sense, I would say, although no one will die from not having one.

Best regards Heiko

Swap guest room and technical room, that makes the guests happy. The proportion of the third gable/protrusion/bay window is off. It is more pleasing from the outside and more usable inside if, for example, it is shortened by half a meter and made one meter wider instead. I find the living room too big - since there is no spatial separation from the dining area, it can become very uncomfortable. I would still tweak it a bit, a wardrobe niche and storage space would also be advantageous. There is enough square footage anyway. Kitchen is okay as is. Nice room for an island.

... and the dining table and piano, in turn, are positioned too close to each other.

Wow, that's a thing. It didn't even occur to me that my name was missing (although my screenshots say it's been like that for eight weeks). I haven't changed anything about it (???).
Yes, of course, then you couldn't have seen it. My first name is "Thies." The proboscidean is, of course, not Frisian.
