Thank you for your answer, now of course I have become curious. Would you like to tell me quite specifically WHERE you see this potential? - And I would be especially happy if you could also explain to me WHY

Best regards Heiko

The knee wall is 1.00 meter. The gable fits.

Why should we build 2 floors? A Frisian house is simply a 1 1/2 story house. If I wanted to build my dream of a "Tuscan country house" or the "Bauhaus villa".......ok, then 2 floors would of course make sense

With a 1m knee wall, you absolutely must at least draw the 2m line of the roof in the upper floor plan:

Because it doesn't look good for the bathroom door and the toilet.

Absolutely right. That is indeed not considered in my "dummy drawing". By the way, the toilet is placed at the "correct" distance from the front wall. The bathtub is not. The bathroom door fits.
In the bedroom and children's room the 2m lines are not drawn, but can be seen from the furniture... Drawing is not my strength.
As I already wrote, we will get the first architect drawings after Christmas. They should (hopefully) be correct then.

Best regards, Heiko

It looks to me as if the bathroom door always hits the sloping ceiling.

Yes, it will do that, correct. The opening is about 110 degrees. An alternative is showering under the slope. Or is there a better option?
