There are already significant differences. I know the equity prices of various suppliers and the differences are enormous and then again to Reuter. For example, the same was at a factor of 2 compared to Reuter at the first supplier for our first bathtub on the list and at the second supplier another factor 2, so compared to Reuter a factor of 4. Each plumber then gets different discounts from their suppliers, which they partly or not at all pass on to the end customers. Reuter is not an indication at all, especially since their shipping costs are sometimes really horrendous!

Ok - and which model do you have?

Thank you, that sounds good! You’re right... I must have been unlucky so far to always look at the wrong models in detail.

I only used Reuter now for easier browsing on the web. We do not process anything directly through Reuter. Let’s see if our bathroom exhibitor offers a 150x150cm corner tub with enough floor length. 120cm wouldn’t be bad anyway.

Best regards Gatho!

Did I express myself poorly? If the price listed at Reuter is for example €650, and the plumber charges €1600, then the other bathtub that costs €509 at Reuter will not necessarily cost more than €1600 at the plumber. You are never sure with these Reuter prices, but in my opinion it is worth inquiring with the plumber.

We have the Ottofond Aura. We didn’t find anything suitable in the exhibitions ([Eckbadewannen sind gerade etwas out, aber uns gefallen sie ]), so we ordered on a whim for a little over €600. Beforehand, we compared the measurements with bathtubs comfortable for us so that we wouldn’t be completely in the dark.

I had already understood that, but that is exactly not the case. One tub from one manufacturer can be at a factor of 2 and one from another manufacturer at a factor of 4. The pricing here is completely arbitrary and devoid of any logic, at least I haven't found any. The problem is that both the supplier and the plumber receive different percentages depending on sales and manufacturer/product group.

So you mean, because the factors are too different, he should keep the demand the same?

Well, that really encourages the OP!
