The plumber has sent the offer. For a Combipool Invisible, I pay an additional €7,683 extra compared to the cheap standard tub. Included in this is also the integrated water inlet, a built-in UP fitting, a Grohe Concetto pre-assembly set, a wall connection elbow Fix it, and a shower hose as well as a hand shower. Then it says "2 additional water connections." I can understand that a standard bathtub according to the construction specifications may not include a shower head and thus only one water connection is included as standard, but what the hell are two extra connections for?
This also has nothing to do with the whirlpool function, because even the alternatively offered normal rectangular bathtub Kaldewei Conodui 190x90 is listed with two extra water connections – which then come at the bargain price of €3,898.70 (at Reuter €1,058). The difference is just insane.
According to the floor plan, the bathtub is supposed to go where the two sinks are currently drawn. Therefore, we are still considering whether to take the whirlpool, which would have to be tiled in, or a freestanding tub or a tub as a pre-wall version like, for example, the Duravit Cape Cod, which then looks like a freestanding one from the side....
The Conoduo is also great, though. A steel enamel tub.
