Then now calculate about 9 months processing time and discuss this with the construction company.

Just spoke with the building authority. The caseworker is not available, and no one knows if she will be there next week. I have now spoken with another caseworker. She will take our building permit and complete it. If she doesn't finish by Monday, I am to call on Tuesday. If it's done earlier, I will receive an email and will pick up the building permit in person. Hope dies last :-)
