Before acquiring the plot of land, I asked everything by phone. The inner area boundary runs through the building land. Now the forestry authority suddenly has a problem with it. The outer area at the back of the property is forested. The rest is not. Partial conversion is not possible because the forest must be accessible to everyone and there are fences everywhere. Should I pay for forest conversion that I don’t even want to convert?
Can I already start building when the conversion is not yet completed?
