There should be a "formerly known as" list, it's getting hard to keep up.

But since Fichtenwalde is not the mega center with many individual users, you can quickly tell who's writing there. If in doubt, just ask briefly if it's okay to accept money from the parents. Then you'll definitely know.. ;)

We already have the plot of land, but thanks for the offer.
We also already have a construction contract.
Before acquiring the plot of land, I asked everything by phone. The inner area boundary runs through the building land. Now the forestry authority suddenly has a problem with it. The outer area at the back of the property is forested. The rest is not. Partial conversion is not possible because the forest must be accessible to everyone and there are fences everywhere. Should I pay for forest conversion that I don’t even want to convert?
Can I already start building when the conversion is not yet completed?

No. The reason for the conversion is the building permit. Without a building permit, no conversion. I have often spoken with Ms. T. from the forestry authority.

Can't the plots simply be divided and leave one as forest and build on the other?

Then you will probably build somewhere in the rear area. There was a recent article about spruce forests with the statement that not so much should be converted anymore to maintain the forest character of the community.
