From your excerpt of the development plan (what is it called?), I read too little. I specifically spoke of finished heights of the street, which I do not see here. What does the indication 2/2 mean for one of the possibly opposite adjacent sections?

Whatever a modern barn is supposed to be: for without basement, I would already cross out the plot where "489" is, there are three contour lines (one and a half meters) in the building window.

Width approx. 20m, depth approx. 25m I wrote that too. You can also see it from the excerpt. Building envelope: distance to the street approx. 5m, approx. 12m depth. Garage would be on the north side. Roof orientation is not fixed. Attached is an excerpt from the development plan Just google "modern barn", then you’ll know more ;). The plot you mean is also out of the question for us because of the elevation differences.

It is a widespread misconception that my Google result would be the same as yours if I use the same search term. For that, among other things, I would first have to have all your cookies replace mine.

When people like Yvonne or I ask here repeatedly about the development plan, that means in German: "bring it on, or my willingness to help cools down." We prefer to read plans ourselves, piecemeal tactics are frustrating. You don’t need to fear here that competing landowners are reading along: that would be highly inefficient.

Maybe give it a try anyway. My cookies can’t be that far off from yours ;)

If I were afraid of my competitors, I wouldn’t be writing here. Don’t worry.
I can’t post a link here for you.
Would you like to google yourself? "Krautgartenäcker II" – but watch out – maybe your Google result shows something different… ;) (no offense intended)

I haven't read through the development plan due to the late hour now. But I know what is meant by a barn construction ;) I like such a house. We also discussed this here last month. Regarding the plots: I can understand the concern, but here is just a quick 5-minute sketch: So I don't see a problem. The arrows are the possible sight lines that one can have from the house and terrace into the garden. I haven't measured anything now, but the distances are not too short to call the plot too small. In my opinion.

Morning,
Your scribble looks just like I imagine it ;)
Here is my latest "drawing". Of course, the rooms and stairwell are just provisionally drawn in. It is not meant to be a floor plan yet - the architect will be responsible for that. It is simply a rough consideration of how the rooms and the whole house geometry would fit on these building plots...
What deterred me was, as we wrote, the narrow garden strip.
Your house was a bit shorter. Maybe that would also work.
Let's wait and see. First the tender, then the application....
