Large window front on the west side

What put me off was what we wrote, the narrow garden strip.

An interior space has four walls. If you want to furnish it, you place the sofa so that you have a pleasant view INTO THE ROOM and not facing a wall. Do you understand what I mean? THAT also applies to the garden: don’t look for the number next to your line, but furnish the garden using sightlines. And a great hedge, which by the way also needs its meter, can look stylish in the background as well.

Just a note, the garage may be up to 2.5 m from the street. Makes the house considerably bigger.

What are the plans for further development? Are additional sections being planned? Not that you plan a window front and in at most 10 years your new neighbor is looking into your place.

To the west is the beautiful view. North and south will be built on anyway. To the east is the street. So this is how it is to be planned, done.
