I would have spontaneously chosen the plots 2902, 03, 07 and 08 - solely because of the traffic. With a turnaround in front of the door, you don't have through traffic

To the cemetery and to fields, I see the next but one construction phase more in the north than in the west, and insofar the southern street will not become an access road to more than the fields behind the planned wall.

Hello, I’m getting back to you with new information. I was on the construction site in the new development area on Friday. The water and sewage pipes have already been laid, now the street is slowly being built. So far so good. Those are the only good news. As I have already described in detail in the previous posts, an embankment was built on the west border of my selected plot to protect against rainwater. According to the building authority, it should be about 50-75cm. Well... that’s what I thought. You also comforted me by saying that this embankment can be nicely hidden/combined with a hedge. The sobering reality on site – see pictures. By the way, the "tsunami wall" (as the site manager affectionately called it) is completely on the property. The border is roughly where the lowest point in the ditch is (we measured it with a laser measuring device). The embankment is about 3.5-4m wide. That can’t be true, can it? Or am I mistaken? That would be more than half the width of the garden!!! Can the municipality do that? At a price of 320€ per m2? ...Or am I worrying too much?
