hm...would be suboptimal ;) No one can predict or guarantee that. The fact is that the adjacent field is about 50-75m long, then come apple orchards, and only then the vineyards. I think they will leave the apple trees alone. The field? ... However, the roads are planned so that no "open dead end" is intended. But in the municipality’s master plan, there are already 5(!!!) additional new development areas planned with a total of more than 120 building plots. That should suffice for several years - at least I hope so. By the way, the municipality does not even have 13,000 inhabitants.

I live in the region and building plots are quite rare here. You are lucky that you are from the municipality :)
