Prefab garage from the company "Kemmler": €24,500.00
Masonry garage from our general contractor: €33,000.00

We will decide in favor of the prefab garage due to the price.

I ordered my prefabricated garage from IBK. It is probably cheaper than Kemmler. It belongs together with Ott anyway. If anyone is interested, I can provide the contact details of the salesperson. I also like his advice.

We had already inquired at Ott as well and received an offer there that was very, very similar in price to that of Kemmler.

I have also inquired at Zapf and two other manufacturers. All are very close in price. Since our general contractor works "exclusively" with Kemmler and has also had good experiences with them, we will do the whole thing with Kemmler. He will also coordinate everything. Honestly, I don’t feel like comparing anymore here :D We have also already sampled the garage at Kemmler accordingly, were on site, and looked at everything, etc.

Well, just a garage....white plastered with a gate/door in anthracite...nothing spectacular ;-)
