I have quickly skimmed through the thread: Are the foundations and flat roof sealing included in your prices as well?

So for me, everything was included.

You say your general contractor is doing the foundations.
What kind of soil do you have then?
What wall thickness do you have and can you attach anything to the wall?

Zapf offer I also have from last year.

Yes, however, the foundations are included in the mentioned price for the garages.

To my knowledge, the floor is concrete, as we did not want to pave the garage.

Unfortunately, I cannot say much about the wall thickness; it is only mentioned that Zapf supposedly uses more steel and therefore manages with thinner walls than other manufacturers. Apparently, there are recommendations to drill no more than 3 cm here.
Alternatively, of course, you can buy the fastening systems directly.

That all sounds pretty lousy to me, I'd rather prefer a brick garage :)

I also have two offers that cost approximately the same. It is about a shell garage of about 60sqm (6.5mx9m) floor area. We have already made the foundation (frost-free gravel base layer). It will end up costing about 33,000 EUR with leveling concrete, floor slab, masonry Poroton, filigree concrete ceiling, flat roof with EPDM sealing. Floor slab smoothed with a trowel, which I will later impregnate in EL with water glass. Without electricals, plastering, gate, door, windows, gravel bedding... As a pure garage, that would be too expensive for me, so a workshop and storage room will be added.
