So if you look at the big contracting agencies for craftsmen, it is rather the opposite...there are just so many ads like: "Adjusting [Schüssel]"

but we digress...

Can someone tell me something about this? Or is it better to get the sockets myself and, if necessary, connect (terminate) them myself with instructions?

The topic of positioning the [SAT] system is really a special one and not very easy, it seems. Let's see what comes of it.

But that creates the need to buy a switch which will also consume power.

That is actually relatively cheap... if all the work is really included... a double socket should then cost at most 30% more.

Only if you understand something about it (or have someone in the family who does) and have the necessary tools... otherwise I rather see even more costs coming your way.

Well, with my sockets, the wires had to be screwed in, everyone will have a small screwdriver.
And the wiring can easily be found on the internet.
However, if cables (from the technical room to the socket), the socket, and the work cost 37.-, that is really cheap.
What a socket costs for your electrical program should be findable in times of the internet...
What the cable (CAT7) costs as well...
Make sure to pay attention to a sufficiently large conductor cross-section here, some sell cables as Cat7 and the conductors are hardly thicker than a hair (exaggerated).

Cat7 cables/LAN cables are not screwed on. They are terminated with an LSA tool. You also have to be very careful because of the shielding. You can do it yourself, need such a tool, a lot of time, must work precisely, and can only test the correct success with difficulty.

I bought the set with the tester on Ebay for about 19 euros, but termination still took about 4-5 hours.
