Would instead also use a multiswitch with Unicable. It costs a few euros more, but fairly modern receivers should support Unicable and can therefore record simultaneously. Saves the double socket, even though that’s not a lot of money, but it looks nicer. The sockets/switch arrays are more of a necessary evil in my opinion.

As I wrote before, I would always opt for double sockets and on the other side, for me, there should always be a patch panel.

: Have you ever done a needs assessment for yourself on how many connections you need? For example, in the office with a network printer, network hard drive, and PC, one socket would be too few. I see it similarly for the TV.

PS: Always remember the power outlet nearby for the access point.

I would rather use POE there.

Does that also work on different bands? For me, it all works as long as I, for example, stay on the public broadcasters.

Well, unicable is nothing really new. As long as the "expensive" receiver wasn't expensive 10 years ago (and isn't anymore now), I'd be optimistic.
