L-stones directly at the neighbor's fence?

I had explained this... orienting to the neighbors means that our garden must lose 1m in height over 10m because we exit the house 1m higher than the fence and there are 10m to this fence since the plot slopes and because the house is set quite high.

I can gladly make and share a sketch, that will probably indeed help more.

I wonder who here might know me from where and draw conclusions from that. So far no one has been able to answer my question about what options one has if the neighbor’s fence is already in place and we are overall x cm higher and want to go down again at the fence or directly up to the fence and what one must/can do then.

Edit: Attached is an excerpt from the site plan with heights. The finished floor level of the house is 62.46 - we go out on ground level, so the terrace is also at that height and you can see that it is about 1m lower at the neighbor’s. We want as few slopes or embankments as possible (except directly in front of the fence with a connection with a hedge, so that you basically don’t see it) – there I lack options.

From the terrace, of course, a "hard edge" and stairs down, but we don’t want to go down 1m there, rather raise the plot somewhat so that, on the one hand, existing soil can be used and so that there isn’t 1m or even more difference between lawn and terrace.

One more time, maybe you haven't gotten it yet. But in this forum, no one will give you a valid statement based on your description or drawing.

You have to talk to an architect, building authority, or landscape gardener who will sort it all out for you.

Just go to the construction consultation of your municipality at the building authority.

Or to the landscape gardener you trust, or do you want to set the L-stones 1m high yourself (1 of these things weighs between 250kg-500kg depending on width and design)?

By the way, if I had a neighbor like that who placed his garden 1m above level on my side, he certainly wouldn’t be ranking high on the popularity list.

Who ever said that we want to be 1m above the neighbor at the fence? It's funny to say that no one helps me here, but then my question is twisted and based on that a crazy answer is given.

That's it here - what's the point of a forum if you ALWAYS have to turn to others. If EVERYONE did it that way, there wouldn't be a forum - so people who have this attitude about forums should just stay away - that's the easiest, right!?

If a property slopes down to the neighbor, I think it's clear that their property ends higher than the lower neighbor's. It can't be that hard to understand, and with the attached sketch everyone should have understood that too.

What kind of unfriendly community is this - unbelievable.
