The main point is that he already has a fence, etc. Without this, we would raise, secure, and then he or we would plan the fence accordingly. Now I believe that we also have to maintain the boundary distance with the reinforcements – but that makes little sense because we would simply lose area if that happens, for example, 50cm in front of the fence. Then a ditch would form behind it that belongs to us but is not really usable.
