Planning a house with such a shape requirement (L) I consider a heavy burden for the poor planning process. I have my doubts about the driveway from the district road (?). Why in all variants don't you want to use the local road (residential street?) for traffic access?
In a pure presentation thread, I would have expected more about the person and waited with the house positioning until after the questionnaire.
Furthermore, I would always develop an option "building composition under (partial) use of the existing building" – in my view, the two-hundred-year age of the house alone is not yet a sufficient contraindication.
Whether the "reversal" of the classic floor division is a description of the current state or a target specification has not yet become clear to me. Since you unfortunately write that there is no lake view and the plot does not appear to have any significant slope, I cannot follow this "reversal." Where does the view from a living room sofa on the upper floor wander to?
Now I also know why you like to know where the plot is located..... you could answer me whether that is a district road... do we even have those in A?
So far, in the dead-end street, we have had the parking spaces in front of the house. My brother now rejects that, fence, garden, property boundary – period. No more trash bins from half the street at our place.... that's why parking is now in the north (among other places).
More about me? Even more? Sure..... no, the questionnaire will definitely come in the next days, I probably started wrong after all. Then also the brother/mother issue that is repeatedly hinted at here. Who has a say in the planning. And who lives there and and and...
The house is dead.... at least downstairs..... upstairs it’s better, and at the very top I made it nice three years ago. But when I came with renovation plans..... no no no..... better tear everything down and build something nice. It’s not even a cool 200-year-old house, just an old shack.
The "reversal" is both current and target *gg*
In winter I see the sunset in Switzerland and in summer towards Lindau. And then I stick my nose back into my book on my upper floor sofa.
