Now I also know why you like to know where the plot is located..... you could answer me whether that is a district road... do we even have those in A?
So far, in the dead-end street, we have had the parking spaces in front of the house. My brother now rejects that, fence, garden, property boundary – period. No more trash bins from half the street at our place.... that's why parking is now in the north (among other places).

More about me? Even more? Sure..... no, the questionnaire will definitely come in the next days, I probably started wrong after all. Then also the brother/mother issue that is repeatedly hinted at here. Who has a say in the planning. And who lives there and and and...

The house is dead.... at least downstairs..... upstairs it’s better, and at the very top I made it nice three years ago. But when I came with renovation plans..... no no no..... better tear everything down and build something nice. It’s not even a cool 200-year-old house, just an old shack.

The "reversal" is both current and target *gg*

In winter I see the sunset in Switzerland and in summer towards Lindau. And then I stick my nose back into my book on my upper floor sofa.

May I ask how old you are? How many family members are there who are supposed to live there?

We could also talk about a U with an upper floor *gg* I don’t like standard houses.....

The sun was nice, but I made a paper 3D Easter bunny... you can also imagine rooms that way and wonder what a paper 3D house plan looks like and if I’ll need that much glue for it too.....

I love glass palaces ..... ever since I first read about prefabricated houses in my youth. And in Vienna at the Blue Lagoon, of course, it was also the most expensive one from Huf that cheekily winked at me.

The budget will be discussed in more detail in the floor plan thread .... coming soon, or within the next few days ..... roughly 400k

Photo facing south - don’t forget *gg*

....which would be?

and what comes after the "actually"...?

Ufff.....this could get interesting......look in Feinem’s former school satchel, there's probably still a yellowed checkered notepad inside, that should be enough

You should really read here longer first, then it would be somewhat clear to you. At the moment it sounds a bit like a castle in the air and a wagon fortress against a supposedly terrible family.....sorry. I could rather imagine something like a tundra tower with loopholes as sensible....just like your neighbor’s house has something similar :D :D :D, the clever one.

That’s why you also resist an architect like hiero_O here:

That’s exactly what you get from the architect. Now you want to build something "special" with already numerous specifications....no one has that lying around from the last time

aha, so that’s probably where the idea with the first floor and "some things should be closed" come from.......just like at HUF
By now you’re already writing further but you don’t answer the questions asked each time. Hinted family troubles, fish pond, heirs......sounds all nice but helps no one here.
What’s the use if you present your relatives (still unclear) a great idea and then get shown the bird from several sides, namely from the bank, the building authority, the structural engineer, the architect etc.
You say you have ZERO idea – not a big deal, then bring that missing knowledge into the house; why can you reject an architect? I rather fear endless babbling here without really solid facts. That won’t help you either and at least your mentioned mother or other parties? would certainly like more clarity than dreams.
