A roof terrace will go on the northwest side? What will be on the southeast? Exactly with a view of the large wall?

First of all, welcome to the forum!

You have a very amusing/entertaining writing style. Very likeable. It somehow reminds me a bit of Karla Kolumna, the lovable, racing reporter of my childhood

From what I have read here and seen in drawings, you would like to build something modern and extravagant in the Bauhaus style.

I could imagine that your corner down there might not exactly be a cheap place in terms of construction costs.

You write something about 400k. Is that supposed to be the amount of external funding or the total budget?

Bauhaus style in the way you envision it is certainly in the price range of 3,000€/sqm plus additional construction costs and extras.

More information about the budget would therefore be quite useful.

mhh so with such a building structure and the ideas one quickly reaches 2500-3000 per sqm instead of 2200-2500...

Has the well of ideas run dry? I am still waiting for the [Raumkonzept] from the architect.
