No, of course not .... it’s just about the basic idea a. so that everyone at home can roughly imagine it and be satisfied. And besides, I need something to visualize so I can save better .... for all the extras ;)

Yep! I am the only one who has considered a bungalow. Then I would already have the finished house in mind. But probably slightly over budget ... but the atrium house from Huf would be exactly my thing.

It should be closed towards the street, the upper floor is completely open about the corridor topic .... Downstairs in the hallway I imagine a large glass front .... I don’t like tight and dark, I had that long enough. I’ll attach a provisional picture of the rooms. This is just a draft, I wanted to have the outside roughly in my head first.
We have been living upstairs for over 30 years and still go into the garden every day and eat outside daily in summer without an additional kitchen downstairs .... however, the master bedroom is also upstairs, for that the bathroom is downstairs, which is fun in winter, because the hallway and staircase are freezing cold .... We are just used to it and hardened :D and the view from above is simply better and there is more light too .... I know it’s crazy and incomprehensible, but that’s how we are*gg*.

It’s just a side street, 30 years ago we were still playing football there .... nowadays that’s no longer recommended, but there’s no heavy traffic. I have calculated the three meters distance everywhere. My brother’s car is in the garage, if at all .... he only rides his bike, mom too and I’ve only had a parking space in the Riemarkaden (while shopping) so far. But it should be nice and I’ve been told you get used to it. In an emergency there’s a carport next to the garage, which I will use more often. That can be seen in the preliminary plan. More details in the floor plan discussion.

I wanted to place the garage together with the entire north side to the east .... but that was rejected, mom doesn’t want to sleep facing the street. But we love plants, outside and inside, so with a few poplars:p something can definitely be done there ..... somehow it will work out that we don’t have to stare at the concrete wall and the positive thing is that at least we don’t have to see the relatives ourselves.

You are talking about uploaded plans..... but I only see some nice house shapes. The shape largely results from your suitable floor plan or your living concept. You have not shown this, simple graph paper would be enough for that. As already mentioned, you should provide more personal information, background, and special details to make some things easier to understand and to find concrete ideas. Living upstairs may be a MUST for you, but why? This also applies to other decisions.

Huf House are glass palaces. Who wants everyone to look into the living room?

Say something about the budget.

Take a picture of the view towards the south.

Our family is located to the south .... in our old favorite meadow where the fish pond and the rabbit hutch and the quails and ducks and our favorite trees were, yes .... it was beautiful *sigh* but inheritance deception, threat of auction and the still prevailing ancient Roman law in Austria benefit some more and others less. But whatever, we make the best of it ...... and are surely happier than all of them together. It’s already been 10 years now ..... We love the garden very much - but that was the family decision ....

I think I’ll get first place for *who always forgets to upload attachments* Just scribbles and also upside down, so at the moment south is at the top  Here is the C plan for now .... the stairs are probably no longer current.

Why do you want to live upstairs? I don't quite understand it. I don't think the sketch is bad. You take the east light, as for the south you know best. (I would fear that the relatives' box is nicely shaded) From what you briefly wrote, south up and down, street in the north doesn't matter, I wouldn't want to see it. For me personally, the street would be the lesser evil.
