I hadn't asked here yet (???) – I held back here because the pictures were obviously edited :-( Basically, I find it annoying when information is omitted or even removed that would have made helping easier. Sometimes I think some contemporaries consider the internet a wormhole through which you could steal properties if you knew where they were located. I don't know all the Austrian specifics, but many administrative practicalities are usually not too different. In DE, for example, because of maintenance responsibilities and related local resident fee assessments, we have different classes of roads, which also relate to, for example, the rank and the question of where an access road may be located. Your pictures show a clearly too small section; with knowledge of the location I could look up on Google Earth myself. But there are indicators for an initial suspicion that a new access at the district road I suspected would not be approved.

Ok... thanks... I have to be honest and say that sometimes while reading I think that a 14-year-old is writing here who is planning for her parents (mother theme) and the brother is your uncle or something... whatever. Fish ponds, mom, soccer, bread and circuses ... Easter bunny :p Yes, topic from you. That is somewhat confusing in a house-building forum. But basically no problem. I just imagine you are 11ant's little sister, then it all makes sense :)

No, you didn't ask ... but I also always like to look at everything closely. I just didn't want to make my address public here. But I assumed that I could send private messages, which unfortunately is not possible as a newcomer.

We will clarify the approval issue.

(???) That alone makes no sense because I don’t have a little sister ...

Sorry for the wait, a bit more questions came up than I expected. My naive thought was to first inform myself about the price differences of the extras compared to a rather standardized building in order to then proceed with the exact planning.

More personal information and backgrounds were planned to be answered in the subcategory floor plans together with the questionnaire. At least that's how I read it in the forum description, but maybe I misunderstood. It will definitely follow in the next few days. As well as budget (which has already been addressed in the meantime), schedule, etc.

I'm not resisting an architect. I just thought it was too early at this point to hire one. Ultimately, an architect will definitely be involved. But hopefully by then I will have already gained some experience here.

Which questions have I left open? I tried to answer everything.

At the latest after the questionnaire and more about me and the family, everything should be clarified.

By chance, today I spoke to someone who studied architecture, though not an architect. It was very interesting.

I'll attach the quickly created montage.

Looks very similar to mine, only with more frills.
