A microwave well arranged in the workflow and a raised dishwasher :)

yes, the built-in dishwasher! I’m also in favor of that. :D And the "trash under the counter." Although that’s not a device, it’s simply trash bins at the workspace right under the countertop instead of in the lower drawers. They compete in the ranking of practical things with the dishwasher.

I have the Monsieur Cuisine (here it’s called Monsieur Hubert or Hubi) and I love it. Every Sunday for boiling eggs, otherwise cooking potatoes/rice, purees, sauces, great doughs, liqueurs, spice pastes, steaming... yes... it runs here several times a week (not just as a chopper, that alone would annoy me too much to wash it...).

On the topic, I can also add a meat grinder. Since here meat is not bought but only self-hunted is processed, it’s simply a must-have and my only way to make my beloved Bolognese. And then a vacuum sealer is required, otherwise you can’t properly pack all the meat.

Essentially not for cooking dishes, but as an assistant. Perfect for that! In TM demonstrations – and that’s how such a device is advertised – a complete menu is always prepared. And exactly that (cooking, steaming vegetables and fish simultaneously) I have not seen in practice.

I don’t know TM demonstrations, but I have definitely cooked sauce below, steamed dumplings above, or cooked potatoes below, steamed broccoli above... that doesn’t happen very often, but that’s mostly because I just don’t cook like that. The alternative would be that I have two pots on the stove, which also happens just as rarely.
IF I were to cook a risotto, for example, I would do it in the Hubi, but I almost never cook risotto.
You know what I mean?

What just doesn’t work are one-pot pasta dishes or meals where I don’t want too much mush (I’m thinking of, for example, vegetable pans), because the knife, even when running counterclockwise, already chops the ingredients.

So yes, assistant. But pots and stove are also assistants, everything we are talking about here are assistants, right?
Hopefully, no one seriously advertises that thing as a personal chef in these demonstrations.

Oh yes – exactly that. You basically make a complete meal with soup, main course, and dessert in the TM. And that without much effort and all at the same time. And the "normal" kitchen remains unused. That’s how the TM is sold and also how the price equivalent to a small car is justified ;)
