Really exciting to read the experiences here. I also keep wondering from time to time whether a TM would make sense... but I think for me it ultimately wouldn't be used often enough for it to really be worth it.

Then try the Monsieur, it doesn’t hurt as much if it ends up not being used.

The kettle is used here daily, as is the milk frother. What we actually also use often is the air fryer. Quickly warming up bread rolls, frying potatoes the next day, etc. I wouldn’t want to do without that thing anymore.

mine too..

for every additional cycle the consultant wanted to demonstrate, the container naturally had to be cleaned first (she didn't have the second container with her, which also costs quite a bit).

Set times, set temperature, and if I remember correctly, after each added ingredient confirm again and make further adjustments.

Maybe it was the consultant's fault, but I had the feeling that this thing slows me down rather than speeds things up. Therefore, we decided against it.

As a device that we have never had before or seen in someone else's possession - quooker. hoping to solve the luxury problem of boiling water :) let's see what I can report after some time.

With the Quooker, the price would bother me. Around 1000 euros. The time I need to earn that is enough to take a pot at least 3000 times, fill it with water, and put it on the stove. And then the maintenance work - good for at least another 1000 water-boiling equivalents.

I got up at 7:00 AM on Monday (first day of vacation), greasy hair under the hat, luckily masks are still mandatory, so you can't see the unvarnished truth ;) and off to Lidl - I have it now too. I already had the previous model as a helper, my Monsi, TM for the poor :D

You can buy my old Monsi as an entry-level model, it’s still slightly smaller than the new one or the TM :)
