Right wok burner for outdoors (Roaring Dragon or the like), then it really takes off. You can't sensibly bring everything indoors. Teppan plate is also such a thing, it's like a rimless pan - sautés in all directions. If you want that, you can also put a (grill) plate on a flat induction cooktop, no extra device needed.

I brought myself a wok burner from Thailand that works well in the Ikea serving trolley... In the kitchen itself, I would say a fully automatic coffee machine... And we have one of those "Lidl Thermomix" for soup, steaming vegetables, etc.

I managed to get a Bamix hand blender. I already wrote in this thread that I don't want to miss a hand blender. Now I can say: I don't want to miss a Bamix hand blender. Bamix is a Swiss company that follows a different concept: the blender mixes not through power but through speed. And they emphasize repairability. Every blender lasts at least a lifetime. I was able to get the blender for 35 euros. And I don't want to be without it anymore. :)

I bought a Lidl Cuisine Monsieur yesterday (but it hasn't arrived yet). In the hope of cooking more myself and above all healthier through "Guided Cooking". Does anyone have experience with this or alternatively with the TM in this regard?

My ex-wife once sold the TM. Personal experience - great, but completely overpriced mixer. The Lidl version can do similar things (just not as perfectly, but with a much better price-performance ratio). Later switched from the TM to the Cuisine. Really cooked with it? No. Most people don't.

I like my TM, but for me it is an assistant. I also enjoyed cooking before, so I am probably not the target audience for your question :) By the way, I bought the TM used. New it would be way too expensive for me.
