As already written in 20 other places, it is not enough that the heat pump is listed as eligible for funding, but you have to achieve an annual performance factor of 4.5 with it in your specific construction project. This rarely works with an [LWWP].

Has anyone already researched the wording "up to 35%" for heat pumps in detail? How exactly do you know what percentage is subsidized and which parameters determine this? Are there any air-water heat pumps that are eligible for funding at all, i.e., have an annual performance factor of at least 4.5?

There is 35% of the eligible costs. This is only diluted if items that are not eligible for funding are also ordered.

Air-to-water heat pump with a proven 4.5 is supposed to exist theoretically, but I have not yet seen a successful proof.

I am aware of that, however, the question was... Would an application still be possible?

As mentioned... if I do not achieve the annual performance factor... how would it then look with the KNX issue...?

We are supposed to receive a "Novelan LAD 5 CSD" and according to calculations, we are at 4.48

If the heat pump is already contractually fixed, then it is too late. It depends on the contract design.

The subsidy depends on the heat pump with a minimum annual performance factor. If this is not achieved, there is nothing at all.

If the heating engineer has already been commissioned, then it is definitely too late
