Hello everyone,
unfortunately I do not have a basement and have only planned an interior HA room. We want to start building soon and I am currently getting quotes from some heating installers.
Do you think I can reasonably expect the companies to accept the size of my HA room? It will be about 1.7m x 2.7m. It will contain the electrical cabinet, water meter, water softener, water storage tank with 200L, and a district heating transfer station.
I will confront the companies with this in advance, but I just wanted to get a sense of how confidently I can defend the room. I am sure that the heating installers will immediately look at other rooms where they can expand.
The cabinet at the top left in the picture (nothing marked) is the area under the stairs. There is no standing height there anymore. The door opens outward.
Best regards, Martin
