I want to provide my readers here and elsewhere with clear information and not habilitate them to be bachelors of construction calculation. Therefore, as long as it is always emphasized that this is an average and cross-sectional value, I find the nominal flat rate of 3k per sqm more suitable than explaining to the questioners that a formula with seven dimensions plus hooks and eyes would be more precise. Incidentally, building a single-family home is also special machine construction, albeit with larger tolerances due to materials and manufacturing technology. And the flank steepness between basic functions, common options, and individual special bells and whistles varies greatly, generally speaking it is most pronounced with cheap builders. I am familiar with the same from ITC: standard user interfaces scale linearly with quantities and are highly discountable, while on the other hand there are engineer harassment surcharges bordering on usury. And solutions become twice as expensive in one fell swoop when they are disparaged as solutions. The Siemens air hook has daily gold prices. But I have been working in special machine construction for 15 years and that's how it is... [...] Because we, surprise, do mixed calculations. We sell the basic functions cheaply, optional catalog items more expensively... special bells and whistles become really expensive because we charge according to hourly rate and effort. [...] That's how they calculate. And the architect knows that... And so does the 11ant...
