I think it’s total nonsense to pay even 1 cent for the plans. Out of pure curiosity, I might offer 100 euros. But for you, the plans are irrelevant. You build your house according to your wishes and your needs. Whatever the previous owners once dreamed of, they can nail that to the wall. But demanding money for it is a joke.

For curiosity, 10,000 cents are probably still too much, but the relevance is probably higher here.

The architect estimated the costs at approx. 1.4 million (including land) in 2022. However, he also said that very luxurious materials were used. So we hope to come out a bit cheaper. It is approx. 100 sqm per floor and a double garage in the basement. But you would only pay the 33% if you largely took over the plans (including construction method)? If I still have to commission my own design plan afterwards, it would rather be an additional cost.

No advantage. More of a personal preference. No well-founded reasons. We are simply not deep enough into the subject yet.

We have already signed the notary contract. There is a soil test and we also have it on hand.
