It was not a purchase condition. Although the building permit was part of the purchase contract, the plans were offered to us virtually in addition to the purchase. After reading your blog post about the planning phases, I got a bit of FOMO. Although the house fits us very well, what if a house specially planned for us would fit us even better. However, then again – what if a newly planned house ultimately ends up being back where the seller’s planning already is.For curiosity, 10,000 cents is probably still too much, but the relevance is probably higher here. As an offer, I think it’s good; as a purchase condition, I wouldn’t find it good.
