The lawn, in particular, requires the least effort thanks to the Robomower, and it always looks well-maintained when the grass is short.

When I look at my parents' neighbor... the robot is taken care of so well that over time you can just push the lawn mower yourself ;) And now in autumn, as far as I know, the Robo is not enough, you also have to regularly sweep away leaves for the English lawn.

However, I don't always know by heart if someone has not yet shown their own house. Does our second most well-known thread 28733 even need to be linked to anyone anymore?

You can always turn everything into a negative. Seems to be a trend lately :)

You can sell a house today (have it sold) and also have the garden maintained.
Gardening can also be fun and a great way to unwind. It doesn’t always have to be perfect.

Like with everything, it’s often individual ideas that make the difference.
We have lived both in an apartment and in a house. But with children, a house with a garden is simply unbeatable ;)

I also find this "we'll just go out to the garden for 10 minutes" or the 5-year-old daughter goes to play in the garden alone when mom and dad can't at the moment, etc. totally unbeatable!

I just always find the word "invest" a bit questionable. An investment for me is something that clearly increases in value, allowing me to make a real profit and ideally "produces" money. A house for which I have to spend a lot of money to maintain its value does not personally represent an investment for me. If I calculate a 25-year term with, for example, an ETF with an initial investment of 80k plus 400€ monthly, I end up with over 400k in assets at the end. Yes, it is simply calculated, but whether that is possible with a house with a similar amount of money invested, I do tend to doubt.
