The argument is always that the general contractor socket cannot know how the surroundings will be designed. Will there be paving, a gravel strip, ground height, protection, studded membrane, sealing slurry ....
Partly certainly true, but annoying when it is overlooked in the construction performance description.
Well, with that argument, he could also leave out everything else, plumbing, stairs... he doesn't know how the customer wants it. [emoji849][emoji6]
For me personally, I consider this an attempt to find a way to earn money through additional services. It would be interesting to know how many customers do NOT commission this...
In my opinion, however, this does not replace the obligation of the client to familiarize themselves with the construction performance description. Possibly with the assistance of an expert if they cannot do it alone.
