When I read all this, I really get angry. I think it's good that you also approach the various official authorities. Corona should have shown even the most aged politicians ("Neuland") that it's not "just" about Netflix in 4K, dirty movies, and online games, but essential infrastructure for home office, emergency online schooling for children, access to online lectures for students, video consultations with doctors, etc. is not sufficiently available.
But partly the politicians are not to blame. Where we bought our building plot last year, FTTH is currently being rolled out comprehensively. The connection is free for all during the pre-marketing phase.
Now comes the nice BUT...... in some villages, only the minimum number (% quota) of connections has been ordered for the expansion to be allowed at all.
Then the residents are partly to blame themselves if later no young families want to move there anymore and their properties lose a lot of value.
It was very important to my wife and me that at least VDSL50 is available. When I found out that FTTH was coming, the enthusiasm was very high and it was also a direct reason for buying the plot (there were other positive reasons as well).
