Weather bad: Dryer.
Weather good: Line in the garden.

We also had a system planned for the utility room. The manufacturer listed in the offer is XENO (as far as I know, Nobilia is behind it)..

This is how it could look..

What was important to us: a cabinet for broom/vacuum/clotheshorse (left), washing machine and dryer slightly elevated, next to it a laundry cabinet with 4 drawers including laundry baskets. The corner shelf resulted because we wanted the L shape instead of a single line.

Including delivery and installation (also the top panel) a solid 4k.

What do you think - any suggestions for improvement?

Looks good, but I wouldn't dare to set the washing machine higher... We have already "worn out" several washing machines, all brand-name devices (Siemens/Miele) and with each one I had at least one accident where something leaked/spilled. When everything is built in like that, it's quite a hassle to dry it again.

Thanks already for your assessment! I have never had a problem - neither with the washing machine nor with the dryer.

The devices have an "Aquastop" valve or something like that... At least there is a label on my 13-year-old Siemens washing machine that says something like that... I would have to take a closer look.

Yes, my machines always had Aquastop as well, but still, sometimes this and sometimes that happened. Both of my Siemens machines had the same - supposedly rare - problem one after the other, that some sensor was broken. Each time about a quarter of a bucket leaked out. With the Miele, I had the problem with the lint filter. Ok, the water leaked out at the front, but somehow the whole floor was still wet. Actually, I would have liked to raise the washing machine, but as I said, I don’t dare to do that now. I wouldn’t be worried about the dryer either.

This is our laundry room. Ikea Metod plus a platform for the machines. On the right in the picture is the door to the heating room, where a few lines are stretched. And the door to the garden is not far away either. Everything very simple. And I love it.
