Oh, come on, I think I know pretty well what I currently and in the coming years will need. We just don’t get into the tub with a slipped disc. We had one for years, we’ve only used it for showering (and washing motorcycle gear) for years. If you can and want to afford the extra 30 sqm, that’s great. But not everyone can and wants to do that. We also built a house because we wanted to. But I dislike building something I know I won’t use. I can spend my money differently (we also want to travel a lot in the future). Everyone just has different preferences and ideas.

You, I haven't questioned anything here at all. Read #53 of mine again and look for the invitation to discuss the tub or the not so first tone in the chat. It's one of the two. Tip: it's also called humor! Or Psycho... that scene with Janet Leigh and Anthony Perkins, which is actually quite simple nowadays (too simple for many), where she is showering in the tub (white butcher tiles in the background) and he opens the simple shower curtain... wonderful! :D

For example, we are not concerned with the walking routes at all, but rather that we want to have everything where it originates. Mainly for the sake of order, everything nicely stored in the chic cabinets, nothing flying around upstairs or downstairs in the house. I'm really looking forward to that ;)

And I hardly hang laundry in the garden anymore these days. has practically already provided our reasons :)
