I would insist on not installing this pointless efficiency-destroying gimmick not in the next house ;) And more sockets, much more sockets. They are always in the wrong place. Vestibule and/or cloakroom separate, the dirt and mess in the hallway is annoying. And definitely a closed stairwell. With the open one, the sound carries enormously upwards to the bedrooms in our house. Again and again: wood stove, basement, closed kitchen / living room

Different waking and sleeping times do not disturb the sleeper. More storage space instead of a 3-meter wardrobe. No chairs occupied by worn clothes disturb the bedroom. And there is also less dust in the bedroom. More space and order in the bedroom.

A 3.75 m wardrobe is more than enough for us including bed linen and ski clothes. Clothes are either laid out in the evening or quickly in the morning. Usually my husband gets up earlier, which doesn't bother me at all. Dirty laundry goes straight to the wash. For that, the utility room is on the sleeping level. Clothes are taken off in the bathroom.

Hello 11ant,

No, we initially commissioned 1-4... but with the goal to also commission the further service phases if everything develops as we envision. However, it is important to us that the visual details are correct afterward, and for example, that there are no offsets where there shouldn’t be any visually, or suddenly a support beam is necessary structurally, or similar. I also have no desire for discussions between craftsmen and architect about the exact execution because it was not specified in the tender and then additional costs are claimed, etc. etc. It is clear that there can always be surprises, I myself come from plant construction... but they should be avoided.

Yes, this is the 2nd house with an architect. Yes, especially with the selection of the architect, we proceeded differently than last time...

From my point of view, this leads to nothing (again), as it is too individual. Otherwise, all houses would already be the same.
