The electric ones have the advantage that you basically don't have to use them at all. They are supposed to go back and forth on their own and that's fine.

I find your choice of words for the question a bit unusual and beside the point… Middle Ages, somewhat misplaced.

It is not about "the modern house," what makes a house modern… uh technically up to date… two different things, apples and pears.
And it is also not about what differentiates simple standard from simply standard, at least not what for you is of course naturally simple standard.
Kati does not want a list of upscale standards here… just read again, otherwise your post will be deleted.

Only up to service phase 4? – but you spoke of completed detailed planning, which would only come in service phase 5 (?) – and what comes next: in-house tendering and the architect may only return for construction management in service phase 8? Controlled as a group via PLC, with suspension of the terrace exits against unintentional self-lockout. Apart from such exceptions, switches have no place in a smart home anymore.

Of course, I stand by what I wrote, and of course it also fits the question. If such simple things were not implemented in the first house, then one should consider doing so in the next one. Which Kati also writes in the first post.

For someone who is in the middle of the planning phase, the thread is very valuable for "checking" and "balancing." Out of sheer overconfidence, there are only two categories: "we have" and "total nonsense." ;)

Hello , You really want to know exactly ;), see the answer below I probably expressed myself unclearly, we are only in service phase 2... I was referring to the general working method of the architect, which in my opinion leads to good results and avoids surprises. And if we are satisfied up to service phase 4, there is no reason not to commission the remaining service phases as well, including the tender.
