The boss of our company knows or knew Mr. Waterkotte personally.... And Waterkotte is practically the inventor of the whole thing, which is why we actually thought we had found a good company. They have expertise in the whole topic

So I have now turned off the cooling. Let's see what that brings.

And here are a few pictures, maybe they are helpful

139 hours at 1100 cycles is definitely too short. With that, you "kill" your compressor. It’s not the runtime that causes wear, but the switching on. Comparison: my heating system is now in its 3rd winter and has 2700 starts at 2300 operating hours.

The thing is clocking out completely. The characteristic curve is quite ok. I still wonder where all the heating power goes. Can you check at the heating circuit distributor whether the pipes are really open and water is flowing? And do you have a buffer storage?

Heating circuit distributors are all open; you can also notice a slightly warm floor in the bathroom, for example. A 170l buffer tank is integrated in the Viessmann. There is nothing more...

HUP (circulation pump) is running at full load or throttled? What is the flow rate in the FBV?

Your heating system produces quite a lot of heat. In my view, so much that your brine line is freezing because it cannot withstand the load withdrawal. There may also be air bubbles here, but the primary problem is the brine water heat pump.

The message "Vorlauf Temp zu niedrig" (flow temperature too low) confuses me. There may also still be air in the underfloor heating. If you have automatic air vents, you can run the venting program,
